THE OBELISK
The obelisk
is an icon of Buenos Aires
city, built in 1963. It symbolises the first time the flag of our county was risen
in Buenos Aires.
The obelisk is 67.5
meters high.
The area around this building is a popular place for demonstrations and protests.
